Colourful safety floor for play equipment
The SoftLandings Veiligheidsvloer forms an ideal surface below play equipment, both indoors and outdoors. The base is created by a load-bearing foundation of broken rubble, tiles or concrete.
The floor itself is composed of two layers:
- a bottom layer of recycled rubber or S-Foam mats
- a wear resistant top layer of new EPDM rubber.
The sides can be finished with concrete or rubber trims. The end result is a seamless surface offering maximum fall protection.
Optimum safety
The SoftLandings Veiligheidsvloer has been tested for compliance with NEN-EN 1177: 2008, which is based on the HIC (Head Injury Criterion) value. Tests showed that the safety norm is between 60 cm and 3 metres! A certificate for the HIC value will be awarded.
Freedom of shapes and colours
The brightly coloured granules can be applied separately or mixed and cast in a range of fun designs. We will be happy to discuss the various options and designs! The seamless, wear-resistant top layer is colourfast and easy to clean. Furthermore, the solid construction is vandal-resistant.
Porous, moss-resistant and easy to maintain
Because the SoftLandings Veiligheidsvloer is porous it does not become slippery and the growth of moss is prevented. Depending on the foundation, an additional drainage method is chosen. Maintenance is limited to an annual clean. The Softlandings safety floor is guaranteed for three years.
